Not what I had in mind

Well, I had amazing plans this week to make this scrum~diddily~umptious meal:

Roasted Chicken with Balsalmic Bell Peppers
recipe here

But then, as life often does...

My computer broke
I had a “situation” with a family member
The baby got sick… 103 fever, up all night kind of sick
I found out my dad has inoperable cancer

Let’s just say this week has had many more downs than ups.

With all that being said,
I was REALLY looking forward to PinterTEST kitchen… I loved the idea and couldn’t wait to see all the amazingness whipped up… So here is my contribution

hot dog spaghetti :)

SPACE DOGS
(because there really is no better name)

We start like this:

{These can go into the books as worst blog~photos ever}

This became:

And they enjoyed!

Hopefully next week I will have a slightly better post to share with you all.
